In-Store Pickup Orders
How will I be charged for an In-Store Pickup order?

Payment is a breeze online when you book your order.

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

We’ll send you a snazzy email or text notification! Most orders are ready the same day unless you’re cutting it close to store closing—then they’re ready the next day. (Pro tip: plan ahead during busy seasons.)
What do I need to pick up my order?

Just bring your pickup notification email (printed or on your phone) and a government-issued ID. Easy peasy!
Where do I pick up my order?

Check your email for pickup details. Look for the designated Pickup Counter—we’ll be waiting!
How long will my order be held?

We’ll hold your treasure for 3 calendar days as is. After that, it’s a pumpkin at midnight and will be canceled. Questions? Call us!
What if I need to cancel my order?

Ring us up with your store pickup order number. Heads up: Balloon orders are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
Why are some stores or products unavailable for Pickup?

Can I use PayPal for In-Store Pickup?

Can I schedule and pick up inflated balloons?

Absolutely! Schedule balloon pickups up to 90 days in advance. Select Pickup at checkout, then lock in your date and time.

Non-Contact Deliveries

Someone needs to be home to receive balloons. For outdoor drop-offs, we’ll confirm someone can bring them indoors to keep them safe and sound.
Product and Service Complaints

Got an issue? Let us know within 3 days of delivery! Send photos of defective balloons with your order number to info@topnotchballooncreation.com
Anonymous Deliveries

Mystery fans, take note: we don’t offer anonymous deliveries. The sender’s name will be revealed upon request if it’s not on the greeting card.

Share detailed instructions, including dorm or mailroom info. Balloon Planet isn’t responsible if the recipient forgets to pick up their balloons—boo!

Hotel Deliveries

Balloons are entrusted to hotel staff (concierge, front desk, etc.). After that, it’s in the hotel—handle with care, team!

Secure Facilities

Authorized personnel handle deliveries (receptionist, mail clerk, security). Once we’ve delivered, it’s the recipient’s turn.

Hospital Deliveries

Mylar balloons are hospital-approved; latex balloons, not so much. If a patient is discharged or balloons are refused, additional charges or cancellations might apply. Let’s plan accordingly!
